Class Registration


For adults of all genders and faiths who are interested in developing their self-care skills in a holistic approach. For curious explorers of self-knowledge, a new course of wisdom traditions, science, emotional competency, and spirituality, with expert-guided peer support and fellowship.

Pre-Registration is required.
  1. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Cost is $195 for non-TCMC members; $185 for members.
  3. Be aware that classes will fill up prior to the start date of the class.
  4. Currently, classes are held on Mondays in a hybrid mode: online via Zoom and at the Men's Center, 3249 Hennepin Ave, Suite 55, Minneapolis, 55408.
  5. To register, fill in the online form,

To sign-up for a class, please complete a registration form. We prefer checks or money orders made out to TCMC. That saves the fee that we pay PayPal and helps keep your costs lower. Download a printable form to register and pay by check or money order—by US mail or in person at the Men's Center office.
